Ricotta - Cocoa Mousse Recipe

  •  250 gr. ricotta cheese
    2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
    4 tbsp powdered sugar
    2 tsp coffee flavored liqueur
    2 tsp cornstarch
    2 tsp pure vanilla extract
    12 italian amaretti cookies or lady fingers
    100 ml strong coffee


  • Method:

    mixing bowl combine ricotta cheese with the powdered sugar, add cocoa powder, vanilla extract, coffee flavored liqueur and the cornstarch. Mix well to combine. Pour the coffee in a small bowl. Wet the amaretti or lady fingers. Pour on the bottom of a serving glasses, fill with the ricotta mousse, garnish with chocolate chips and amaretti. By zoridrea m
